Public and Products Liability up to $20,000,000.
Defence costs and expenses in addition (other than claims brought in North America).
Sexual, Physical and Mental Abuse cover up to $10,000,000 subject to underwriting criteria.
Contractual Liability cover up to full limit of indemnity.
Property in Care Custody or Control up to $250,000.
Cover available for Charter and Tour Operators.
Available for operators with turnover up to $20,000,000.

  • Automatic Third Party Liability Indemnity Limit of $50m (To cover most contractual requirements)
  • Automatic Additions up to $1m sum insured
  • New Vehicle Replacement for vehicles up to 3 years old
  • Substitute Vehicle cover up to $1m sum insured
  • Finance Payout in the event of a total loss ($40,000 or 25% whichever is lesser)
  • Passengers Baggage $2,000 per passenger/$30,000 any one period of insurance
  • No Fault Excess
